Policy and Instructions
Our priority is your satisfaction with all Direct Alpine products. If the item you wish to return is defective or unused and you have your original web invoice, you can return it for a merchandise credit or full refund within one year of purchase.
DirectAlpine’s guarantee doesn't cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents.
If your item has a manufacturing defect in its materials or workmanship, you can return it at any time. See our limited warranty.
Returning Items
You can return your purchases from DirectAlpine by mail.
Please retain all product packaging and tags until you're completely satisfied with the condition and performance of your purchase. Please return all product packaging and tags with your item.
Mailing Your Return
Please include required proof of purchase: shipping invoice and include name, email address if information does not appear on the proof of purchase.
Ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance so you have access to the tracking information for your return package. XCoSports North America is not responsible for packages lost in transit en route to our Return Center.

Online purchases returned by mail will be refunded in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase, within 30 days of our receiving the returned order.
